Our return and refund policy is as follows: You may return unworn, unused products in their original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) or exchange. We provide a 1-year craftsmanship warranty for all our leather products, covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, neglect, or accidents. To claim a warranty, please contact us with details of the defect and provide proof of purchase. We will assess the defect and, at our discretion, repair the product, replace it, or issue a refund.
